Purchased in a foreclosure by a client, this home was transformed from the shoddy to the shiny.
LAR Investments was hired to finalize the remodel. Living in Hawaii, the client placed an enormous amount of trust in LAR Investments to make decisions that were beneficial to the sale of this home.
This remodel included the removal of doors, painting of the exterior, and complete renovation of the small, but functional, master en-suite.
