This house may have been in the worst condition of any home we have worked on to date. The roof on the addition leaked severely due to poor construction, causing the animal smell to be exacerbated. Remediation of fleas took five treatments and six weeks. We used over twelve dumpsters for the removal of trash, construction debris, and to tame the extremely overgrown garden.

However, when complete, this home was turned into an over two-thousand square foot, stunning home.

We combined the two downstairs bedrooms into one master with a huge en suite bathroom, complete with tub and walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet.

We removed two of the five exterior doors, making the kitchen layout much more suitable for modern living. We installed HVAC, as there initially was none. We removed the walls surrounding the kitchen, creating an open floor plan onto both living areas.

This home features all new wiring, all new plumbing, lots of storage, a two-car attached garage, and a large lot.
