About This Project

This three-bedroom, one-bathroom concrete block house featured a very antiquated pink bathroom.

We demo’d the bathroom, turning it into two, one being a small master en suite.

We added new carpet, retained the original kitchen cabinets, and installed new hardware and new appliances, making it an upscale rental home near TU.
