About This Project
Originally a one-bathroom home with small, tight kitchen, this seven-month project included complete remodel to the studs, replacing electrical and plumbing, removing walls, repositioning the kitchen, and adding a master en suite.
We provided new hardwood floors, roofing, kitchen cabinets, large laundry, master en suite, custom tile, and fireplace detail.
This project was a labor of love that required complete restoration based on the condition of the home. Restructuring of the floor plan allowed for increased kitchen size and the addition of a master en suite.
The addition to the home was made to look as a cohesive extension of the existing structure, as opposed to an add-on.
The home features a beautiful Cherokee rock exterior and a large front porch, perfect for entertaining. New owner has added a pergola.
