Complete renovation from top to bottom. Raised the roofline in the attic to create a master suite with large bathroom and walk-in closet.
Typical older home, found extensive wood rot and broken plumbing lines.
Discovered a cathedral ceiling that opened the main living area, adding additional charm!!
