About This Project

From the moment we viewed this home, we knew it was one we wanted in our portfolio. This one-owner home had been well cared-for and well-maintained, built by the owner in the 1950s.

 

The owner was a carpenter who contributed stunning features such as beautiful woodwork in the master bedroom, hardwood flooring in the living room, and a unique mantel above the master bedroom fireplace.

 

This project involved a total remodel. The laundry room was transformed, french doors were added to the dining area, leading to an enclosed back porch.

 

Steps lead down into the converted master bedroom with fireplace and en suite bath, and the upstairs attic was turned into an office.
